Cancellation by Greenfrog Entertainments Ltd “The Company”
It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking and as a company we have a great track record but we are also open to a large amount of issues that are beyond our control.
Cancellation due to reasons beyond our control a full refund of any monies or deposit paid, i.e but not exhausted vehicle breakdown, equipment breakdown, staff shortage or any other reason, excluding health and safety grounds, lack of space or wrong surface type, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to the client to check and confirm.
Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made over the phone during normal office hours. All cancellations will be confirmed in writing via email and this must be kept as your proof of cancellation. Cancellations cannot be taken by voice mail, text, email or any other methods.
Deposit or any other payments made will not be refundable and would be lost in the event of cancellation. For any bookings with outstanding balances the following charges will be due.
Any deposit paid, which vary between 25% and 50% depending on the item/s hired, will be lost as well as the below percentage of the outstanding balance
Cancellation by the client will incur the following cancellation charges for all orders under £200 and not paid in full
Cancellation on the day and day before - 100%
Cancellation before 2 - 3 full days before - 75%
Cancellation 4 - 6 full day before - 50%
Cancellation more then 7 days before - No charge just deposit
Cancellation by the client will incur the following cancellation charges for all orders £200 and over and not paid in full
Cancellation within 2 weeks prior to the event date - 100% of contract amount
Cancellation within 3 weeks prior to the event date - 50% of contract amount
Cancellation within 4 weeks before to the event date - No additional charge just deposit
