Standard delivery times are between 7am and 12pm (noon) with collections between 4pm and 7pm. At peak periods, we have multiple bookings and cannot guarantee we will be able to meet specific timing requests (unless using and hiring a venue), but any preferences will be added to your booking and we will do our best to accommodate these.
Who sets up the equipment?
All hired services and equipment is delivered, fully set-up and inspected by our staff on site. The client (or their representative) then signs our terms of hire before our staff leave the site. We will return at the end of the hire period to pack away and collect the equipment.
Power requirements – what do I need?
The majority of our equipment requires a standard household power supply and plug to operate. We provide 25m extension leads to connect to the power supply (we are able to provide 50m extension leads with prior notice). For distances after this a generator would be required.
